Apostle Hatcher is the Senior Pastor of Leaders Church Int'l in Tulsa, OK. He serves as a consultant to many pastors, apostles, and church leaders worldwide. Pastor Hatcher has a wide and diverse background in ministry and he presents an open heaven with power and purpose to peoples all over the world.
He has worked with the Bureau of Prisons and is the founder of Color Free America (CFAM), an international reconciliation program. His work has been examined by universities and colleges in thirteen countries as well as being utilized in the United States public school system and educational systems in South Africa.
Apostle Hatcher also serves as a business consultant and lecturer for colleges, high schools, business organizations, and public events both civic and private.
He is accessible, real and known for his pragmatic views and open heart. He is a dedicated family man who has been married for over 25 years to Pastor Cindy Hatcher.
Relational grounding and mentorship for divinely inspired growth are his specialties.

We also provide a forum with opportunity to connect and network with other members who are pursuing the high call with dialogue and input throughout the week. Practical growth and assimilation occurs through this forum as well as our Q & A session at the end of each weekly training. This rich training session is recorded for your convenience to playback throughout the week. ($35/mo)
APEX SILVER Ministers Network Membership:
This is designed for those who want to go beyond the above training sessions with more relational and doctrinal accountability and access. At this level there is the aforementioned weekly training session with the additional benefits and an additional 'exclusive behind the scenes' ministers training session bi- monthly. Additionally, there is a discount on each training course authored by Dr. Hatcher, including Mastery in Biblical Precepts; Advanced Ministry Course; The Government of God; The PIT - Prophetic Intensive Training; Escalation; and more! In this membership, there is also access to a monthly 15 minute exclusive consultation with Dr. Hatcher. ($55/mo)

This membership is designed for those reaching towards the height of their capacity, the high call. Going beyond the above training sessions with more relational, doctrinal, and character accountability with even greater access. At this level there is not only the aforementioned weekly training session with the additional benefits and the 'exclusive behind the scenes' ministers training session bi- monthly, but also, there is opportunity to be tested for accuracy in hearing and seeing from a doctrinal and prophetic standpoint. Dr. Hatcher makes himself available to read your feedback and assignments of interpretations of complex ministry matters and provide depth and insight to you personally. He also makes himself available to counsel or consult on an as needed basis specifically for you, beyond the monthly 15 minute consultation.
